  • Who do you want to be in your recovery? When you are in your recovery, you will work on who you are and who you would like to become. You will be constantly improving on who you used to be during your addictive lifestyle. When answering this question you can think about how you have changed already and what other changes you would like to make.
  • What inspires you to keep going in your recovering lifestyle? When you are having a hard time pushing yourself to keep working on your recovery plan, asking yourself what keeps you going can really help. Sometimes, during the course of your recovery, you may forget or lose track of what motivates you. If you can find your inspiration again, it can become much easier for you to keep moving forward.

When you are receiving any sort of addiction treatment, you are getting benefits for your recovering lifestyle. However, even those treatments may not always be enough of a motivating factor for you to keep going. You can start by asking yourself these daily recovery challenge questions.
