Career Opportunities
Registered Nurse (PRN)
Position Summary:
The PRN is responsible for providing the quality medical care within Mountain Springs Recovery’ Detoxification and Residential Programs. The PRN ensures timely implementation of orders given, reporting of client needs, and documentation. The PRN also performs direct services to clients including medication administration, education of prescribed medications, processing of labs, and executes initial detox treatment.
Client Driver
Position Summary:
The Client Driver is responsible for assessing client needs and monitoring behavior while at the program. The Client Driver's primary duties are to drivers and to transport the client to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner. Meeting those goals entails additional responsibilities, tasks, knowledge and attention to detail.
Licensed Group Facilitator
Position Summary:
The Group Facilitator is responsible for assessing and monitoring client behavior within the Detoxification, Residential, and Therapeutic Programs. The Group Facilitator works in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure all services are being delivered to company standards, the Group Facilitator is responsible for documenting client behavior, group participation and BPS’s. The Group Facilitator will also be providing crisis management and education for the clients and family/significant others in a therapeutic milieu setting.
Licensed Practical Nurse
Position Summary:
The LPN is responsible for providing the quality medical care within Mountain Springs Recovery’ Detoxification and Residential Programs. The LPN is responsible for the oversight of the onsite LPN’s and participates in the all nursing daily duties. This includes ensuring timely implementation of orders given, reporting of client needs, and documentation. The LPN will report on a variety of functions including safety, quality improvement needs, and compliance standards of daily client care. The LPN also performs direct services to clients including medication administration, education of prescribed medications, processing of labs, executes initial detox treatment plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or Registered Nurse if designated by the DON and group facilitation as needed. The LPN will also attend weekly meetings with the Director of Nursing to be provide information and education to ensure all services are delivered appropriately within each scope of practice.
Groundskeeper/Landscaper
Position Summary:
Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring work activities are completed with quality, efficiency and an attention to detail. Groundskeeper ensures the property is well-functioning, clean, orderly, and attractive at all times. Completes duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and maintains all facility documentation logs.
Housekeeper, Maid
Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring and supervising the overall cleanliness of Mountain Springs Recovery’s facilities. Cleaning client rooms and common areas at Mountain Springs Recovery.

Behavioral Technician - OVERNIGHT
Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for assessing client needs and monitoring behavior while at the program. Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for documenting activities of daily living, caring for clients, helping to coordinate treatment and executing daily programing. Behavioral Health Technicians also may assist counselors with crisis management, groups and education, as needed.

Position Summary:
The Cook is responsible for providing the best possible nutritional experience for our clients possible. The Cook is responsible for assembling delicious meals and monitoring the experience of the clients. Under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager, the Cook is responsible for ensuring quality food handling, preparation and efficiency are kept in the highest regard.
Front Desk Receptionist - NIGHT
Position Summary:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. The receptionist welcomes guests, redirects phone calls.
Group Therapist
Position Summary:
The Group Therapist is responsible for assessing and monitoring client behavior within Mountain Springs Recovery’s Detoxification, Residential, and Therapeutic Programs. The Group Therapist works in collaboration with the Clinical Director to ensure all services are being delivered to Mountain Springs Recovery’s standards, the Group Therapist is responsible for documenting client behavior, group participation and counseling; caring for clients, coordinating treatment and discharge planning. The Group Therapist will also be providing crisis management, group therapies, facilitates/provides referrals in the transition of care and education for the clients and family/significant others in a therapeutic milieu setting.

IOP PHP Therapist
Position Summary:
Mountain Springs Recovery is looking for experienced IOP PHP Therapists to join our growing and motivational team! The IOP PHP Therapist's principal function is to work with a team of compassionate clinical staff to care for individuals suffering from addiction. The IOP PHP Therapist works with the clinical team in providing empirically based counseling services to clients both in groups, and individually.
