Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple clients.
• Provide care for patients with complex medical problems.
• Assist patients to obtain the appropriate services for their needs.
• Educate patients.
• Keep clients informed of change in their situation.
• Create administrative records.

Licensing Requirements:

CAC-II, CAC-III, LAC, MAC, Can be CAS (requires supervision), CAC-I (requires supervision),’
